New Residence Hall
Carrabassett Valley, Maine
A new three-story, 41,500-sq.-ft. Adirondack-style co-ed residence hall was designed as part of a new campus for this high school known internationally for its training program in alpine skiing and snowboarding.
This new 104-bed residence hall includes separate, secured wings for female and male students. The wings on the second and third floors are connected by a bridge with security card access, enabling access to the elevator.
Each unit consists of six double rooms, a living room/study space, shared toilet/shower rooms, and a staff apartment providing supervision over each unit.
The first floor includes a common living room with fireplace, TV, study area, and kitchenette.
