Many towns are finding that their town centers are not meeting the needs of today’s community. Suburban communities especially have the opportunity to reshape their Town Centers into vibrant, mixed-use neighborhoods with a variety of activities and events that draw residents into the center and provide opportunities for economic (re)development.
