Hull HRA Parcel Land Use Plan

Harriman assembled a team of professionals to help the Hull Redevelopment Authority determine the most cost-effective use for a large parcel of publicly-owned waterfront land.  The proposed plan balanced a desire for recreation and open space with the need for limited private sector development to generate the revenues necessary to construct a park.  After establishing the type and extent of development appropriate for the land and the expected revenues to be realized, a park plan was developed for the central part of the parcel.  The site plan anchors the park to the existing development fabric, emphasizes spectacular ocean and river views, creates a gateway to the center of Hull and can be constructed within the expected revenue stream to avoid additional fiscal burden to taxpayers.
