Carol has held a passion for architecture since her youth when she was able to see buildings under construction while on job sites for her grandfather’s construction business. However, following the practical advice of her high school guidance counselor, she pursued a career as an occupational therapist for several years before returning to the path of architecture and attending Boston Architectural College to pursue her dream. With this combination of educational backgrounds, becoming a healthcare architect has been a natural fit.
Carol brings more than 20 years of architectural experience and dedication to her clients. Her portfolio includes a vast array of healthcare design projects touching nearly every aspect of hospital design, medical offices for primary care and specialties, and several types of long-term care facilities. “I really enjoy every facet of design, from big picture planning to the finest details.” As a healthcare architect, Carol is able to expertly weave together many strands of information and requirements to create unique, high-performing, nurturing environments that positively impact both the people and communities they serve.
When not at work, Carol enjoys time with her husband and family, gardening, hiking, needlework, collage making, and playing her Ravenna 26-string harp.
