Harriman was retained by the Office of Information Technology through the State of Maine to review their program space requirements, as well as the space program requirements for Maine Revenue Service in order to consolidate both bureaus.

The 120,000-sq.-ft. program included, but was not limited to, a call center, client technologies, network services, enterprise applications, DAFS applications services, GIS, production services, as well as revenue processing areas.

Upon completion of the program Harriman evaluated, analyzed and recommended the different ownership or leasing options available to the State of Maine in order to establish the most economical strategy for relocating both agencies.
