Zach is adept at managing complex and technically challenging projects from concept to completion. Focused on high performance and sustainable design, his work is informed by a combination of technical precision, appreciation of context, and a keen understanding of business and real estate issues. With an unwavering commitment to developing impactful and holistic solutions that create a distinctive sense of “place,” Zach excels at crafting thoughtfully layered commercial, retail and hospitality experiences. Whether creating brand-forward retail environments or dynamic mixed use developments, Zach’s versatility, experience and uncompromising commitment to client satisfaction make him a vital resource to his project teams. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design from Keene State College and a Master of Architecture from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
