Imaginative and inspiring site and civil solutions demand technical acumen and deep design expertise. With over three decades of experience, Frank’s portfolio encompasses a wide range of civil, environmental and site engineering on sites in varied contexts. He has extensive experience in environmental storm water management and in managing the permitting and approval process required by state, federal, and municipal agencies. Frank is instrumental in promoting sustainability in our practice and in our design work. Beginning with the certification of Maine’s first LEED-certified university building, Frank has managed the process for many public and private sustainable projects. He has extensive experience managing teams of designers, owners, and contractors through the various stages of sustainability planning, design, construction, and certification. Frank’s work has been primarily with the US Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Certification process, which is the benchmark standard in the U.S.
