Harriman believes the expectations of a project owner and an occupants’ comfort level are of the highest priority. Our mechanical team offers extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection design, and building analysis for new and existing facilities. This experience allows us to figure out the right balance of energy efficiency and cost effectiveness to suit every project. We utilize the latest building modeling software for providing detailed load analysis, life cycle analysis and energy modeling. The use of this advanced software allows us to accurately analyze predictive energy consumption of a building and all of its equipment.
